Punkin Patch Day

Grandboy Landon headed off to the punkin patch this week with his friends at Hartselle FUMC Preschool. He and Mommy motored out to Gullion farms where they spent the morning playing in the corn crib, climbing tire mountains, petting small animals and finally riding in a wagon to pick out Landon's own pumpkin. No tractors pulling this wagon, just two gorgeous draft horses. Not many children get the opportunity to ride in a horse drawn wagon these days. And below you can see Landon with his pumpkin. Grandpa told Landon to be on the lookout for the Great Pumpkin but there were no sightings this year. If you live in the North Alabama area you might like to spend a day at Gullion Farms.
