Beach Days

I love this picture of me and Marvin..taken at Tybee Island quite a few years ago. In the winter time istis nice to think of beach days.

Here are some Mermaids we found when we visited Gulf Shores...

and..

Think warm thoughts!!  Many say the weather we have on the first day of the New Year will tell us the weather for the rest of the year. I am hoping for a warm New Years Day.

Oh my goodness, that saying is a new one for me. It is supposed to be in the 20's on New Year's night here. I can't even imagine that.

Great beach photos!! Low of 7 and high of 13 degrees for my New Years Day, I certainty hope that's not an omen of the year to come!

Uh oh! Our coldest temperatures so far are supposed to New Years Eve and New Years Day. Teens and twenties!

I was hoping your beach photos would warm me up--it is so frigid up north right now! It did get up to 17 today--heat wave :)

Our low tonight is going to be 47 and for us that feels cold but by the sound of everyone else's temps I guess we aren't too bad. It was raining all day today though and I had to drive Mike our son back to Jacksonville airport two hours away and then two hours back. What a long trip in the dark and rain!!!
And when we stepped out it sure felt cold. Those beach photos are great...I look forward to sun filled beach days. RJ
