Stitching Saturday

Thanks to my friends, RJ and Mary for this pretty freebie they shared on their blog, Stitching Friends Forever.  I have come to love these two ladies and all their pretty stitching. This will be stitched and on the tree at Grimmwood next year, the Lord Willing!  Here is the link to their blog, Stitching Friends Forever

Arlene!! What a lovely surprise to see this!! I hope to have it on my tree next year too!! So many pretty patterns and so little time to do them all.

BLogging is great in that you meet so many people that have a shared passion that you never would have met otherwise. It's been our pleasure to have met you and call you our friend! I love that you post each day and share your life with your beautiful family. I hope you have a very Happy and Healthy New Year filled with lots of stitching projects! Hugs, Mary

I may try to do this one ... it looks simple and I may have some blue Aida in my stash. We will see! Thanks for sharing it!

Arlene, this was such a lovely surprise for you to feature one of our free patterns and to say such nice things about us. We feel the same way about you, dear friend. It is such a pleasure to come here each day and read your posts and get to know you better each day. When I opened your post up I had to read it to my husband. I said "how nice is this"? He said "that is very nice" with a big smile on his face. Considering he is the one that pushed me into blogging I think he took great pride in your post. Thank you so much and I do hope you and Marvin and your whole beautiful family have a very special and blessed 2018' RJ
