What's New at Cracker Barrel

My dear friend, Alana, gifted me with a Cracker Barrel card for a night out while recuperating so we enjoyed a great meal finished off with this dessert.

The Coca Cola Cake is a dessert I had been wanting to try and it was delicious. One piece was plenty for me and Marvin.

I took some time to get pictures in the store. One of the employees told me that if you do not have a Cracker Barrel close by, you can order items online. I did not even think about that.  So give it a try if you see something you like.

Lots of Easter on display...

These mugs are so cute!

Country is still a big hit as well...

I love these salt and pepper shakers.

Cow Plates!!

I had a chuckle at this sign.

For ladies who love chickens.

Garden themes are on display as well.

Peacocks...I thought of my blog friend, Linda, when I saw this display.  She is touring a Peacock farm with her grandchildren this weekend. You can find her on my blog roll at Linda's Life Journal.

Being a lover of blue and white, I loved these pretty dishes.

And last...
I always stop and look at the old fashioned candy.

Hope you enjoyed visiting Cracker Barrel with me. It is one of my happy places.

I enjoyed going to Cracker Barrel with you, Arlene. They have the cutest displays...but when I got down to the blue and white dishes with birds on them I had to stop and enjoy! Those are so pretty.

I love browsing at CB and there is not one close. Thanks for the Spring tour. I had that coca cola cake once on my birthday. It is rich!

Oh, how I wish I had a Cracker Barrel nearby, I love those blue plates with the sweet birds. We always stop at CB's when we travel. I'll have to try the cola cake next time I'm in one, I'm usually too full for dessert.

We DO have a Cracker Barrel near by and haven't been there in ages. I love their displays! And now with Easter on its way, we should go check it out. Thanks for reminding me. Loved your pics!

Love the blue and white plates with the pretty bird! The 'his and her' bunny mugs are adorable. My Mom and I always have lunch at the CB in Williamsburg before heading to the stitching retreat there. We always browse the store after eating. Thanks for the tour, Arlene!

I remember the first time I went to a Cracker Barrel and how much I loved it. We were stationed in Alabama and I fell in love with their stew and corn muffins. When my parents came to visit we went there and my Mom fell in love with it too. She and I went crazy in the store loving everything and of course things had to come home with us.

We have one right in town now and I have not been in quite awhile and I keep telling myself we need to go over to that side of town and have breakfast. My favorite is eggs in the basket with bacon and fried apples. Yum now I really want to go.

Love all the things you showed us Arlene. But I really like the sheep which is so cute and those pretty blue plates with the birds. Thanks for the tour. RJ

I love a Cracker Barrel too! That's where we bought our big white rockers! They have a nice clearance section, too, and you can get some beautful things at a low price!
Alas, we didn't get to tour the peacock farm. High winds had the critters all stirred up so the owner canceled the tour. Perhaps this summer when the quads come for MeeMaw Camp!

Arlene, after I read your CB posts, I just need to go visit my nearest CB. Thankfully, there is one just over the county line. I have had the Coca Cola cake before and it gave me the jitters. Too sweet I think. I did see how they sell cupcake versions. I am tempted to try it again but smaller this time.
