Fall at Hobby Lobby

I had to make a Hobby Lobby run for some essentials....yes, essentials. I had to gt a spool of thread, a small piece of red fabric and a birthday gift.  Hold on to your hats Ladies. While it is a balmy 90 plus degrees here in NoAla, it is fall at our favorite craft store.

Looks like trucks are still a big decorative theme going into fall. I was thinking this would be cute with a fall cross stitch piece where it says Give Thanks...hmmmm. Where is my 40% off coupon?

Here is a cute banner...it would be easy to replicate but for the price of it, purchasing might be easier.

Lots of signs for the home.

I really liked this rustic swag. It would be perfect at Grimmwood.

Cotton is still King at Hobby Lobby. I love this pretty plate with the birds, butterflies and cotton bolls.

And Christmas is being rushed to the shelves. I was shopping ( and listening) in Aisle two. The store manager and his area boss were discussing where to put all the Christmas merchandise.

It is near the end of May but before we know it...Christmas will be here.

WoW, I can't even go there even though I am thinking of stitching. That truck would be cute with a stitch right there. My problem is I have lots of great ideas and no where left to put anything. I guess I need to start doing things for the kids.

Oh my gosh, already! Wow! Our snow just melted in fact there’s still ice on the lakes where our son lives! I really like the pumpkin sign, we don’t have hobby lobby here, Canada is so far behind in a lot of things, the chickadee plate is beautiful and I’m shocked Christmas is even being discussed lol , wowsa!

Goodness! You know I love fall better than just about anything! I think they used to put all the decorations out right around or after the 4th of July. I just did my patriotic decorating and after the 4th I’m going to use all my sunflowers! Then in August I’ll add the rest of fall so that by September First - I’m all ready! I hope I always get excited about September. I’m losing my zest for Christmas decorating. It’s too hard on me to get it all out, up, and then down again within the space of just a few weeks. Fall lasts for months!

It's so hard to believe that they already have fall and Christmas decorations in the store! It gets earlier and earlier each year.

I got a Hobby Lobby gift card for Mother's Day. I'm going to have to get down there and shop! We don't live close to one or it would already be spent!

One can never be too early to shop for Fall and Christmas items. QVC will be having their Christmas in July in another month or so.

I was just saying this morning, to one of the patients, that here it is the end of May already. Christmas is right around the corner! Whew! I'm not quite ready for that yet. (I know crafters ARE!)

Wow...autumn and Christmas decor out already! I haven't seen that here...yet. But I am certain it won't be long.

Joshua is gorgeous...he is so alert! What a precious new Grimm addition.

Noooo! I love that stuff but I am so not ready for it yet. It's still in the 60's here.
