Merry Christmas

As we stop to celebrate Christmas I am going to take some time off to be with family and to enjoy the week. I will return on December 30th. In the New Year I am making some changes to my blog.  I will be posting on Monday Wednesday Friday and Saturday.  Friday will still be my Friday Five and Saturday will be Stitching only.  I am trying to me more mindful of how I spend my time in 2020. To enjoy the journey that is life, I want to slow down a bit and savor the joys of a simple life.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to write a card or send a note at this blessed season. I was overwhelmed with the amount of Christmas snail mail I received along with a few lovely gifts. I am truly blessed by your friendship.  I hope everyone has a blessed Christmas and a joyful New Year.

Merry Christmas Arlene. Thank you so much for sharing your life and family. I completely understand about slowing down. I am trying to do the same. We just need to stop and "smell the roses," from time to time. God bless you and yours, and looking forward to a wonderful 2020:)

Like you, I want (and need) to slow down some in 2020. I've made a decision about one outside the house activity to no longer do. To do fewer things better is what I have in mind.

Thanks for continuing with the Saturday stitching posts on your blog. Those are among my favs to read each week.
