Grimmwood Weekend

It was a fun weekend at Grimmwood.  It started on Friday when Dr G's Honeybees arrived on site.  They were in a Nuc...Marvin took off the wire that held them inside the temporary hive and off they flew. Right now there is a lot of Clover and Blackberry bushes blooming so the bees should be very happy.  Marvin will go back next week to put the bees in the big hive which will be their permanent home.

Ben and the kiddos came on Saturday to see Grandma and to allow Katy a chance to just rest and relax at home.

Margaret and Elliott enjoyed a nature walk with Grandpa.

Baylor enjoyed the porch swing with Daddy.

All the Grimmlins took a walk to see the they are coming back up the drive.

Margaret and Elliott spent the night with Nana and Grandpa while Ben and Baylor spend the night with Grandma.  She loved spoiling Ben with hot biscuits for breakfast.

Having some ice cream before bedtime, because at Nana's house, you get what you want within reason.

We watched Paddington and both were asleep the minute their heads hit the pillow. There is something about that Fresh Country Air.
