A Tasty Dessert

I needed a tasty dessert for our Henderson Cousins Dinner last weekend. I chose this recipe that I got from Southern Living Magazine.

First you melt the chocolate and butter over simmering water.

I used Ghiradelli chocolate as it is my favorite.

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and eggs.

Use the Keebler crust that has two extra servings as the base for the cheese cake.

And here it is all finished...

All ready for the trip to Chatsworth . I like to make it to take to a crowd so I am not tempted to eat the whole thing.

Yum! This looks perfect - cheese cake is our #1 favorite dessert around here and the recipe seems very easy to put together. I will definitely be making this!

I love your handwriting, too! I studied graphology back in the day and still have my books. I’ve forgotten so much but I remember enough to know you are a beautiful lady inside and out and it shows!
