I needed a tasty dessert for our Henderson Cousins Dinner last weekend. I chose this recipe that I got from Southern Living Magazine.
First you melt the chocolate and butter over simmering water.
I used Ghiradelli chocolate as it is my favorite.
Use the Keebler crust that has two extra servings as the base for the cheese cake.
And here it is all finished...
All ready for the trip to Chatsworth . I like to make it to take to a crowd so I am not tempted to eat the whole thing.
