Goodbye Halloween Hello Thanksgiving

Once I was back at Nanaland, I thought it was time to take down the Halloween decor and put out my Thanksgiving items.

Goodbye til Next Year!

A good thought to ponder in November and through out the year.

Some cards from my sweet blog friend, Gina.

A tiny basket filled with fall leaves on the front door.

Prairie Schooler's When Witches Go Riding is put away and this takes its spot on the wall over the grands candy basket.

Sue Hillis design on the fridge.

The Breakfast Bar....Another Prairie Schooler. I just love their designs.

The Tea Cart....

I have had this for years...I believe it came from Kirklands.

On the secretary....

Giving thanks for these nine kiddos.

 A new spot for Thankful.

Hobby Lobby Clip frames are perfect for these small finishes.

I am trying to fight my love for symmetry this year!

The big turkey has been celebrating Thanksgiving with us for many years! The Little tea light Turkey came from Cracker Barrel several years ago.

Count your Blessings this month!!

Arlene, I enjoyed seeing your Thanksgiving décor and vignettes. The piece in the first one rings true for me each day, but even more so during the month of November. What beautiful Thanksgiving stitches you have created!

Oh Arlene! I just feel like we had a Saturday stitching on a Wednesday. What a Treat! Thank you so much for sharing all of these at once. I love how you finished the very first pic, do you know who the designer is for that one. Again thank you so much for your inspirational post.

I seriously love it all. The breakfast bar is always one of my favorite spots. You just can't beat those PS stitches. I need to step up my Thanksgiving stitching. I think this summer I will make it a priority as that is my hole in seasonal stitching. I really do love each little corner.

Arlene, Ilove all your décor. I try to do things in 3's and 5's to fight wanting to have everything even...I love all your Nov cross stitches too.

Oh, I loved seeing your Thanksgiving decor today, Arlene. I hate it how so many people skip over Thanksgiving and rush to put out Christmas things. For me, nothing Christmas goes up until after Thanksgiving. We have so much to be grateful for in this country and Thanksgiving is the perfect time to give thanks for our blessings :)
